Refund policy

At Norvia, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Innerwear and intimate items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, contact us before placing the order.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing: support@norvia.in

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Image of outer packaging

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@norvia.in
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item as per the instructions provided

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

In certain cases, return pickup may be arranged based on service availability in your area.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, size issue, etc.), return shipping charges may apply.

Shipping charges paid at the time of order (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after collecting customer bank details.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the standard return process must be followed.
