  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing time refers to order verification, quality check, and packaging before dispatch.

You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operational conditions.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding order cancellation and refund (if prepaid).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect product delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Orders may be confirmed via phone call before dispatch.
  • If the order is refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted.

7. Delays in Shipping

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Public holidays

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if the package appears tampered:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged.
